Carin Constantine LITIGATION PARALEGAL

Carin Constantine is a proud native Georgian, who was born and raised in Fayetteville, Georgia. Carin attended Campbell University, in North Carolina where she graduated Summa cum laude. Carin then decided to fulfill the dream she had since she was 12 after going to work with a local Judge from church, for “Career Day” to become a lawyer.

Carin attended George Mason University School of Law in DC, now Antonin Scalia Law School, in Northern Virginia, then won a highly coveted position as the Judicial Law Clerk in the 19th Judicial Circuit in Virginia, where she was the “right hand” to the Judge overseeing many car accident, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. Carin truly gained “behind the scenes” experience of how trials operate and what Judges and Juries think.

Carin then moved to Florida with her Army Officer husband and started practicing law in Florida. In 2009, Carin was presented the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyer’s Pro Bono Service Award by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court.

Carin is still very involved in fighting for the rights of those in need, both here in Atlanta where she volunteers at a Domestic Violence shelter and her church.

The most thing that Carin is proud of is her volunteer work with military spouses, Active Duty Servicemembers and Veterans. While in Florida Carin served 2 terms on the Florida Bar Committee on Military Affairs and contributed to legislation to better serve anyone who served our nation as a member, spouse or child.

In her spare time, Carin loves hiking, gardening and cooking.
