Meet Andrew: Skilled Litigation Attorney Fighting for Your Rights

Andrew Attorney

LITIGATION ATTORNEY

I’m a Litigation Attorney at The Scott Pryor Law Group, and I’ve spent my career representing both corporate and individual clients in complex civil and commercial disputes nationwide, in both federal and state courts. I’m honored to have received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and I strive every day to uphold the level of excellence that recognition represents.

I bring a strong foundation of legal experience to personal injury practice, applying knowledge gained from a wide range of legal disciplines to strengthen strategy, positioning, and outcomes for my clients. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of South Alabama (1995) and graduated cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (1998). During law school, I earned the Legal Research and Writing Award as well as Scholar of Merit Awards in Constitutional Law and Estates and Trusts.

I’m licensed to practice in all state courts of Georgia and Tennessee and admitted to multiple U.S. District Courts, including the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia; the Middle, Western, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee; and the Southern District of Illinois. I’m also admitted to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Fourth Circuits, and I’ve been specially admitted in trial courts across 14 states and various federal jurisdictions.

I approach every case with tenacity, pushing each one as hard as possible toward a favorable resolution. I respond promptly to client calls and questions, and I am always transparent about both the strengths and potential challenges of their cases. Ultimately, my goal is to exceed client expectations every step of the way.

Being part of the SPLG family means teamwork, dedication, and contributing to something bigger than myself. Plus, the snacks here are great!

In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and watching college football. A fun fact: I’m exceptionally good at ping pong. I live in Roswell, Georgia, with my wife, Kari, and our two daughters. We’ve been married for more than 15 years, and family and community remain central parts of my life.

A quote or statement that resonates with me: “The hardest thing to do is to be true to yourself, especially when everybody is watching.” -Dave Chappell

My advice or message to clients: We all go through difficult times. Keep pushing ahead and you’ll soon find the difficult times behind you.
