The first conversation is with an intake specialist, who listens, asks questions and helps the caller understand the next steps. From there, case managers run each case from intake to settlement. They gather documents and evidence from insurance adjusters, medical providers and police records. Paralegals, medical records staff, legal assistants and a settlement coordinator support the attorneys.
