LEGAL ASSISTANT

I’m a dedicated, detail driven legal assistant with strong experience in managing claims, securing declaration pages, and keeping cases moving efficiently. I’m fast, curious, and always committed to achieving the best results possible. My role centers on supporting my case manager and the entire team to ensure every case runs smoothly from start to finish.

What motivates me most is helping my case manager work more effectively. When I streamline processes, stay ahead on tasks, and anticipate needs, she is able to focus on higher level work, and that teamwork ultimately benefits our clients. I’m constantly learning new skills and methods that help me work faster and more accurately, and I take pride in seeing how each challenge contributes to my personal and professional growth.

I truly enjoy working with my team. We support one another, share knowledge, and create a positive environment where everyone thrives. Every meeting teaches me something new, and being part of such a collaborative group makes the work both rewarding and meaningful.

My approach to case management revolves around efficiency, communication, and proactive teamwork. I aim to stay organized, solution oriented, and supportive because I believe that is how we deliver the best outcome for every client. Respect, loyalty, and integrity guide everything I do. Outside of work, I love going to the gym. It is part of my Monday through Friday routine. On weekends, I spend time with my partner or family. I also love being in nature and often visit San Roque, a small town in Antioquia where I bought land last year. It is my favorite place to relax and recharge, and one of the best investments I have ever made.
