What I do

I serve as a legal assistant at The Scott Pryor Law Group. I specialize in confirming balances with medical providers and negotiating medical bill reductions.

Why I do this work

My previous experience at a law firm showed me how impactful this work is, and I'm driven by a genuine desire to help clients through challenging times. I enjoy knowing that my work in negotiations directly puts more money back into our clients' pockets.

How I work with clients

My approach to client care is driven by empathy and attention to detail. Empathy and patience are just as important as legal knowledge. Behind every case file, there is a person going through a difficult time. Having experience across different roles has given me a complete understanding of the entire case process, allowing me to handle every file efficiently.

Every new skill or negotiation technique I learn directly benefits someone who needs our help.

Being part of the team

Being on the Scott Pryor Law Group team means working in an environment built on trust, respect, and mutual support. Being part of the family means knowing you're never working alone and that we are all united in working for our clients with heart and dedication.

Outside the office

When I am not working, I love hosting family and friends at home and spending quality time together. Outside of that, I stay active at the gym and channel my creative energy into portrait photography and listening to music.

Beyond my legal work, I have a strong creative side. I'm a photographer focused on portraits, and I love writing poetry, dancing salsa and bachata, watching musical movies, and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking.

My advice to clients

Take it one day at a time. Difficult situations can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to carry the burden all at once.
