LEGAL ASSISTANT

I’m a Legal Assistant specializing in claim setup, adjuster communication, and open record requests. I focus on maintaining clear documentation, organizing police reports, and ensuring our case files are accurate and complete for both liability and uninsured motorist claims. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Digital Entertainment from Universidad de Medellín, with an emphasis in Cinematography and Animation. Although my academic background is in communication and design, I began developing strong knowledge and experience in personal injury law in 2022—a field that has quickly become a true passion for me.

I’ve always been driven by the desire to help people during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. Personal injury law allows me to combine organization, communication, and empathy to make a real difference for clients who need guidance and support.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients progress through their recovery. From the initial confusion they often feel after an accident to the relief they experience once their case is moving forward and they know they’re in good hands. Being part of that journey means a lot to me.

I focus on empathy, precision, and consistent follow-up. I believe that listening carefully and staying consistent are key to building trust and achieving results in a case.
