What I do

I serve as the Records Administrator at The Scott Pryor Law Group, specializing in managing highly sensitive documents that directly impact cases and compliance. I'm originally from South Africa and relocated to the U.S. in 2024. My work experience helps me blend structure, organization, and style into everything I do.

Why I do this work

I've always been fascinated by helping people, and personal injury law gives me the opportunity to support individuals during some of the most challenging times of their lives. I love seeing our clients happy and overjoyed at the end of their journey with us. Knowing I played even a small part in making their experience smoother is incredibly rewarding.

The clients and my team inspire me every day. Seeing the impact of our work motivates me to keep growing, learning, and finding new ways to support both the firm and the people we serve.

How I work with clients

My approach to client care is warm, organized, and attentive. I believe in making every client feel valued, heard, and supported, while ensuring that the details behind the scenes are handled efficiently.

Being part of the team

Being on the Scott Pryor Law Group team means being part of something bigger than myself, a team that genuinely supports each other and works hard for those who need us most. The team's dedication to clients is incredible. Everyone truly cares, and that passion shows in everything we do.

Outside the office

When I am not working, I love exploring new places, spending quality time with friends and family, and finding little ways to bring creativity into everyday life. My favorite pastime is cooking beautiful meals. I also have a background in interior design, which has given me a creative eye and a love for creating beautiful, functional spaces.

My advice to clients

Trust the process and take it one step at a time. You're stronger than you think, and you have a team standing beside you.
