What I do

I serve as a case manager at The Scott Pryor Law Group. I specialize in providing superior customer support to new clients by advocating for them during the treatment process of the case.

Why I do this work

I am customer service driven. Being able to help clients through a trying time in their lives is important. I get a huge amount of satisfaction when a client leans on me for support and guidance.

I enjoy seeing our clients become healthy again. Being able to help them get medical attention so their injuries improve, and their quality of life is restored to pre-accident, is important to me.

How I work with clients

In my role here I provide the level of service I expect and look for when I'm a customer or client. You must approach each case with an open mind. A change in facts from one case similar to another can change the opportunities and the outcome of the case.

I'm driven every day by the goal of giving my clients accurate, strategic guidance.

Being part of the team

Being on the Scott Pryor Law Group team means being a part of a well-oiled machine. I love the family culture and the way we are able to rely on each other in times of need.

Outside the office

When I am not working, I love going to art galleries and flea markets. Having people over to my home and hanging out is another thing I like to do. Also, staying at home in my art gallery is soothing.

Something people may not know about me is that I'm a lover of animals and have a mini zoo in my home.

My advice to clients

Seek assistance from your support system to provide helpful information, suggestions and emotional support.
