What I do

I serve as a legal assistant at The Scott Pryor Law Group. I specialize in medical records requests. My role involves requesting, following up on, and helping obtain medical documentation that supports our clients' personal injury cases. I focus on accuracy, organization, and timely communication to help keep cases moving forward.

Why I do this work

I've always been interested in working in roles where communication and helping people come together. Personal injury law gives me the opportunity to contribute to something meaningful by supporting people during challenging moments in their lives.

I enjoy knowing that even behind-the-scenes work can make a real difference in someone's case. Every document obtained and every follow-up completed helps our team move one step closer to building a stronger case for our clients.

How I work with clients

My approach to client care is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. I believe in following through, communicating clearly, and staying persistent when something needs attention.

I'm motivated by growth and the opportunity to become better at what I do. I enjoy learning new processes, finding ways to work more efficiently, and knowing that my contribution helps the team provide better support to our clients.

Being part of the team

Being on the Scott Pryor Law Group team means being part of a team where everyone's contribution matters. Even when we have different responsibilities, we are working toward the same goal, supporting one another, and helping make a difference in our clients' lives.

Outside the office

When I am not working, I enjoy going to the gym, traveling, discovering new places, spending time with my family and friends, and listening to music.

Something people may not know about me is that I speak both English and Spanish fluently, have studied French and German, and love learning about different cultures. Traveling and experiencing life from different perspectives have always been things I enjoy.

My advice to clients

Give yourself time, take things one step at a time, and remember that a difficult chapter does not define your entire story.
