What I do

I serve as a legal assistant at The Scott Pryor Law Group. I specialize in handling property damage for all cases at the law firm.

Why I do this work

I'm a person that likes to help others, so when our clients are going through one of the most difficult times of their lives, I really feel satisfaction when in some other way I can help them or make things easier for them.

To me, "We Win" means more than just getting a successful result for a client. It means knowing that I made a difference in someone's life, even in a small way. When I help a client navigate the property damage process, answer their questions, and make things a little less stressful, I feel like I've accomplished something meaningful. For me, the real win is when a client feels supported, knows someone cares about their situation, and can finally move forward with a little more peace of mind.

How I work with clients

I would describe my approach to client care as compassionate, patient, and proactive. I understand that every client has a different situation, and I try to put myself in their shoes so I can better understand what they're going through.

I believe communication is key, so I do my best to keep clients updated, answer their questions, and follow up with insurance companies to help move their cases forward. Most importantly, I want every client to feel heard, supported, and confident that someone is doing their best to help them throughout the process.

What motivates me most is knowing that there is always something new to learn and that I can always find ways to become better at what I do. I want to continue growing professionally, gaining knowledge, and developing skills that allow me to support our team and our clients more effectively. I'm also motivated by the trust our clients place in us.

Being part of the team

Being part of the Scott Pryor Law Group family means being part of a team that works together toward a common goal: helping people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. It means knowing that I can learn from others, count on my teammates, and contribute my own efforts to something bigger than myself.

Outside the office

When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, taking time for myself, and enjoying the little things in life. I believe it's important to find a balance between work and personal life, and I love making memories with the people who mean the most to me.

People might be surprised to learn how much I value the little things in life. I find happiness in spending quality time with the people I love, being there for others, and appreciating the moments that make life special. I believe that sometimes the smallest gestures can have the biggest impact, and that's something I try to carry with me both in my personal life and in the way I work with others.

My advice to clients

Be patient with yourself and remember that difficult times don't last forever. It's okay not to have all the answers or know exactly what to do next.
