Meet Olivia
Olivia Lynam is the receptionist and administrative assistant at The Scott Pryor Law Group, a Georgia personal injury firm.
What I do
I serve as the receptionist and administrative assistant at The Scott Pryor Law Group. I specialize in client relations, front-desk operations, appointment scheduling, answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, maintaining organized records, and providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally.
Why I do this work
My uncle passed away in a motorcycle accident before I was born, and I witnessed the lasting impact his loss had on my family. Seeing how deeply a tragedy can affect a family over time inspired me to pursue a role where I could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I wanted to play a small part in supporting families as they navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives by offering compassion, understanding, and assistance when they need it most.
Whether I am answering questions, helping clients feel comfortable, or ensuring they feel heard and valued, I find fulfillment in knowing that even the smallest interaction can make a positive difference in someone's experience during a difficult time.

How I work with clients
I believe that being approachable, patient, and understanding can make a meaningful difference. My goal is to build trust, treat every client with kindness and respect, and help create a positive experience by reminding clients that we are here for them every step of the way.
I'm motivated by the idea of growing and advancing within my career at the firm.
Being part of the team
Being on the Scott Pryor Law Group team means making every day worthwhile, whether that's by solving a tough problem, lending a hand to a teammate who needs one, learning something new, or simply showing up with a positive attitude that makes the people around us want to do their best work too.
Outside the office
When I am not working, I like to spend time with my dog, go hiking, hang out with friends, listen to live music, try different museums, and go to the gym!
My advice to clients
Prioritize taking care of yourself and take it one day at a time.
A line that stays with me: "You do not know what I am doing now but one day you will." (John 13:7)
