What I do

I'm the senior intake specialist at The Scott Pryor Law Group. I specialize in helping potential clients feel comfortable sharing their story, determining if we're the right fit for their case, and guiding them through the very first steps of the legal process.

Why I do this work

I have always been passionate about helping people, especially those who feel overwhelmed or unsure where to turn. Personal injury law gives me the opportunity to stand in the gap for people during some of the hardest moments of their lives.

It's incredibly rewarding to hear a client say they feel heard, supported, and cared for, even before their case is underway. Knowing I've helped lighten their burden means everything.

How I work with clients

My approach to client care is empathy first. I listen with patience and compassion, then provide clear next steps so clients feel supported and understood. Continuous learning motivates me, and every client, every case, and every challenge teaches me something new.

Being part of the team

Being part of the Scott Pryor Law Group family means knowing you're not alone. We're all in this together. We celebrate wins as a team and support each other through challenges.

Outside the office

I've been married for more than 20 years and have three children, plus a French Bulldog who pretty much runs the house. When I'm relaxing, you'll most likely find me reading or coloring while watching documentaries.

My advice to clients

Don't give up. Healing, whether physical, emotional, or financial, takes time, but you're not alone in it.
