Meet Scott Pryor: Founding Partner, Trial Attorney, and Advocate
ATTORNEY | MANAGING ATTORNEY | CEO

I am a U.S. Marine veteran and a trial lawyer dedicated to fighting for those injured by the negligence of others. I’m a member of the State Bar of Georgia and recognized among the top 1% of trial attorneys in the nation by the Litigator Awards. I’ve also been selected to Super Lawyers, National Trial Lawyers, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (Champion Level) and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
I’ve set records in multiple cases, including a record in Greenville County, SC for the highest verdict or settlement amount ($4.5 Million) in a wrongful death/trucking case, and a $161 Million products liability case with several of my esteemed colleagues. I am recognized in Super Lawyer Magazine (2014-Present). I’ve also lectured nationally and internationally on multiple legal topics.
Education & Experience
After graduate school, I earned a partial academic scholarship to Hamline University School of Law, where I was regularly on the Dean’s List. During law school, I served on the board of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, was a member of the Law Review, competed in the mediation moot court competition, became a trained mediator, and mediated cases in St. Paul, Minnesota. I also studied cross-cultural mediation in emerging democracies in Budapest, Hungary.
Immediately after graduation, I dove into complex civil litigation and represented several Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame clients. In New York, I defended one of these clients and secured a multi-million-dollar copyright portfolio that was being threatened by a fraudulent loan collateralization.
I opened my own law practice right after passing the Georgia bar. I loved being in the courtroom and spent the early years of my career trying cases nonstop, building a foundation of trial experience. Today, I focus on personal injury litigation, fighting for those injured through negligence. One of the cases closest to my heart was representing a family whose mother was killed by a negligent commercial driver. In that case, I secured the record-setting Greenville County verdict.
Personal Biography
I was born in Billings, Montana, and raised in Wyoming and Indiana. I’ve been fiercely competitive since childhood—by age ten I’d won five state championships in two different wrestling styles. Later, I competed at a high level in martial arts, earning my black belt in Isshin-ryū karate and winning multiple national championship tournaments.. Although I was offered a wrestling scholarship, I chose instead to serve my country in the United States Marine Corps. During my time in the Marines, I earned numerous awards and letters of appreciation for leadership, performance, and community service, all while working my way through undergraduate and graduate school in South Carolina.
I also spent a summer in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, Russia, studying language and culture. While I’m driven and relentless in pursuing justice, I pride myself on being personable, honest, hardworking, and loyal. I live in the Atlanta area with my wife and our three sons.
