REDUCTIONS SPECIALIST

I am a Reduction Specialist at The Scott Pryor Law Group, and I focus on helping our clients lower their outstanding bills and legal costs. I specialize in negotiating with service providers, reviewing billing statements for errors or overcharges, and finding cost saving solutions that ease the financial burden on our clients.

I graduated from Georgia State University and earned my paralegal certificate from UGA. I am fluent in both Spanish and Malaysian. With experience in medical and insurance matters, I enjoy helping clients resolve billing issues and seeing the relief on their faces when I am able to significantly reduce their medical balances.

What inspired me to work in personal injury law is the opportunity to truly advocate for people during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. After an accident or injury, many people feel overwhelmed, especially when dealing with medical bills. I was drawn to this field because it allows me to stand up for individuals who might not have the resources or knowledge to fight for fair compensation on their own. It is meaningful work that combines justice, compassion, and real impact and that is what drives me every day. What I enjoy most about helping our clients is being able to reduce their bills and put money back in their pockets. It is rewarding to know that we are not just offering a service but creating real financial relief and making a tangible difference in their lives.

My approach to client care is rooted in empathy, communication, and trust. I believe every client deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to make the legal process feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

I grew up in Savannah and have lived in Georgia for almost 30 years. I am a huge WWE fan, and my favorite tradition is attending events at State Farm Arena every year. I love staying active, working out, spending time outdoors, and discovering new restaurants with my husband. We are definitely foodies!
