Paul Dietrick

Paul A. Dietrick has practiced civil trial law for over forty years in State, Federal, and Georgia Appellate Courts. Paul is a zealous guardian of the rights of those injured by the negligence and carelessness of others. Paul’s clients have recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts.

Paul has tried around two hundred jury trials and participated in hundreds of case mediations, the vast majority of which resulted in settlements. Paul has successfully prosecuted automobile, motorcycle, trucking, defective products, premises liability (both slip and fall and negligent security), and professional liability (medical, accounting, and legal malpractice) cases.

Paul has been a resident of Atlanta since relocating from his birth city, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Paul has been married to Holly Dietrick, for 40 years, with whom he has two grown girls, Laureen Anderson and Francis Dietrick. Paul has been an active “Biker” for over forty years, owning and driving everything from Hondas to Harleys. Paul and Holly, are quite capable weekend backpackers, having recently completed the 100-mile Appalachian Trail across the North Georgia mountains. Paul and Holly are active “A” level ALTA and USTA tennis players. Paul has an uncharacteristically broad (for a lawyer) understanding of physics, “forces,” and mechanics, having built numerous structures, including a 2,000 sq. ft. lake house, and constructed and successfully flown a 120 mph, two-person helicopter.
