Meet Jacqueline Boyzo: Case Manager Delivering Top-Notch Client Support

CASE MANAGER
I’m a Case Manager at The Scott Pryor Law Group, fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I hold an associate’s degree in Political Science and Paralegal Studies from Gwinnett College, along with a Paralegal Certification. With eight years of experience in the field, I manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement, handling even the most complex matters with care. I treat every client like family and guide them through each step with compassion.
My mother inspired me to pursue a career in the legal field. She spent many years working as a workers’ compensation paralegal in personal injury, and when I was in college trying to decide on a career path, she encouraged me to become a paralegal.
I enjoy being able to support people during such stressful times in their lives. Car accidents can be overwhelming and even life-changing, so being the person who helps guide clients through the process and makes it a little less stressful makes me feel fulfilled. I always do my best to make sure clients understand what’s happening with their case. I believe in approaching every client with transparency and honesty, both about their care and about the legal process.
What truly motivates me to keep improving is my clients. Every case and every person is different, and I’m constantly learning new ways to better support them through difficult moments. The more I understand about the legal process, medical treatment, and even just how to communicate updates clearly, the better I can serve them.
I’m also a Notary Public, and on weekends, I love expressing my creativity as a freelance makeup artist for special events. I enjoy working out and I often wake up as early as 5 a.m. to lift weights several times a week. I also love traveling and experiencing new places and restaurants.
Being part of the SPLG family means being part of a team that works together to make sure things get done. I get to work alongside people who truly care about our clients and about each other, and that’s something I value deeply.
A quote or statement that resonates with me: “Beneath my makeup and behind my smile, I’m just a girl who wished for the world.” -Marilyn Monroe
My advice or message to clients: This doesn’t last forever. It seems like it is the worst thing, but this is momentary. Life continues and eventually you will surpass this.
